All sessions are initiated by and completely under your control and you can stop the session at any time.

No software is installed permanently on your machine - the software is only temporarily downloaded to enable us to access your machine, and is then removed automatically after the seesion has ended.

Rom and Ram cannot access your machine in the future without you initiating the connection first.
