How Does It Work?

After sigining up for our Remotes Service and we have received receipt of your payment, you will receive an email containing full instructions. In this e-mail will also be a link to download our free Remote Support software to your desktop. This is used to connect directly to Rom and Ram.

Once a convenient time has been allocated to your request, all you need to do is run our Remote Support software at the appropriate time.

After you run the Remote Support software a request will then be sent securely to a Rom and Ram qualified computer technician to complete the connection and the Remote Support session can then begin. (Please note : You can end the session at any time and nothing is permanently installed on your PC.)

From here, and only with your permission, we can take control of your PC and help to diagnose and resolve your problem. You still have control of your PC and can stop the Remote Support session at anytime. Once the session is complete, you will receive an email detailing the work that has been carried out in the session. We will then disconnect from your PC.
